Position Overview

In 2021, we grew our training business by 7x. Now, we want to build the best-in-class product that gets them their dream jobs.

Join our growing Product team to unlock the huge potential we see in building the hiring platform of the future to connect our diverse jobseeker communities with the tech industry.

To own our job placement product, you will increase the quality and scalability of our current placement services for both candidates and client companies. You'll grow our placement program by a multiple while streamlining our operations, tearing down ineffective processes, and standing up new ones. And from day one you'll be thinking about how to prepare for a smooth transition from a high-touch service to a tech-enabled platform.

This work will be deeply collaborative with other teams as we push to ensure our students and graduates feel supported and set up for success at every step of their journey, from dreaming of a career change through working at their dream job.

To succeed, you will draw on a diverse set of skills in product design, service optimization, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

    In your first 3 months, you will….

    • Successfully take up ownership of all current job placement services.
    • Solidify the SLAs and SOPs that will make our placement program best-in-class.
    • Begin to own the growth strategy for the placement program.
    • Collaborate on our outreach strategy to client companies to dramatically increase our placement rate.

    In your first 6 months, you will...

    • Begin laying the groundwork for the software that will power our future placement program.
    • Drive marketing, product, and business strategy decisions with your insights from students and partners.
    • Launch and optimize new growth channels from pilot to playbook.
    • Lead and manage the marketing for new paid and unpaid channels like Referrals, Alumni Networks, University Partnerships.

    In your first year, you will…

    • Have doubled our placement rate and improved operational efficiency across the board.
    • Have substantially increased our roster of new client companies.
    • Have collaborated on models for what our hiring platform might look like in 2023 and beyond.
    • Think bigger: What can we offer candidates that no one else does? What can we offer client companies? How can we serve our graduates and communities even better than before?
