Position Overview

SV Academy is seeking an experienced Lead B2B Marketer to focus on exponentially growing our employer partner network through organic channels like events, content, and thought leadership, as well as more traditional paid advertising and outbound selling.

You will report to the Head of Employer Partnerships & Success and work on cross-company initiatives to drive new employer partner leads for SV Academy, while re-engaging former employers. The work will include ideating, testing and validating which channels best contribute to acquiring, engaging, and retaining the growing number of organizations turning to SV Academy for top tier sales and customer success graduates.

In the first 6 months, you will…

  • Drive new employer leads and double activations of employers hiring SV Academy graduates.
  • Create and execute end-to-end strategy for demand generation, ensuring campaign and program strategy, content, channels, and targeting are aligned to reach and engage employer lead targets.
  • Own all metrics and reporting, including attribution and setting and managing budget and CaC goals.

In the first year, you will…

  • Lay the foundation for efficiently scaling new product offerings and employer partnership directions.
  • Iterate on campaign strategies in increasingly creative and high impact ways to continue scaling the number of engaged employer partners.
  • Influence industry-leading, compelling branding that will change the way people think about hiring and diversity in tech.

You will thrive in this role if you…

  • See yourself as a high-achieving marketer capable of building and scaling B2B growth marketing campaigns, ideally at a high growth startup.
  • Bring expertise across a wide range of B2B lead generation tactics/channels (Podcasts, Sponsorships, Events, Thought Leadership) with experience driving campaign strategy.
  • Flourish when owning projects and systems in a high growth environment.
  • Care deeply about creating strong outcomes for our graduates and employer partners.
  • Demonstrate a strong bias for action by identifying problems/opportunities and working proactively to solve them, as well as manage tight timelines and internal team dependencies.
  • Successfully set and managed budgets for lead generation programs.
  • Bring meaningful industry experience in the education, diversity and inclusion, or bootcamp markets.
