Position Overview

Join our growing Marketing team to launch and optimize top-of-funnel growth experiments that exponentially increase the number of highly motivated and diverse jobseeker communities interested in studying at SV Academy and working in tech.

To own growth marketing, you will define, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, PPC, display) and paid marketing channels (online and offline), form working relationships with external partners to drive awareness, and take many new ideas from 0-1.

The employment partnership landscape is ever-changing, so the work will constantly evolve. With the support of a Data Analyst and Growth Product Manager, you will track CAC, MQLs, and conversion across your experiments, testing and refining new brand messaging at times.

To succeed, you will strengthen and maintain the data and personal relationships with key partners, drive decision-making in meetings across internal and external teams to create targeted campaigns with lead tracking, quickly learn what’s working and what’s not and iterate from there.

    In your first 3 months, you will….

    • Successfully onboard to the Marketing team and understand our product and path.
    • Start owning partnership channels relationship and monitor, benchmark, and start testing to optimize campaigns.
    • Begin to own digital marketing channels.
    • Provide the Design team with strategic insights to deliver outstanding campaign assets.

    In your first 6 months, you will...

    • Drive marketing, product, and business strategy decisions with your insights from students and partners.
    • Launch and optimize new growth channels from pilot to playbook.
    • Lead and manage the marketing for new initiatives like Referrals, Alumni Networks, University Partnerships.

    In your first year, you will…

    • Optimized offline and digital marketing experiments into repeatable playbooks.

    • Optimized digital marketing campaigns effectively.
    • Worked in multiple channels at once to succeed as a marketer.
    • Maintained and grew relationships with external partners, understanding their needs and pain points as you ran the day-to-day of targeted campaigns.
    • Develop, implement, and report on experiments and campaigns aimed at increasing conversions across the customer experience.
    • Keen sense to generate data-driven hypotheses and quickly iterate on them with a definition of success.
    • Prioritizes in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
    • Owned some copywriting or brand messaging.
